Would not recommend. Staff was extremely rude to my entire family and after reading the reviews, seems like it?s been going on... for awhile. Probably do not care because most people aren?t regulars going into their store - however might want to change ifthey want tips, I always tip and absolutely did not this time. Read more
The sandwiches were good and the workers worked efficiently and nicely.

Came thru a while back and customer service was not even trained. Came back, went in with no one behind the counter for 20 mins.... Worker was sitting at table in dining room on phone (clearly marked not to be sitting so no dine in). Finally other customerasked if they going to help. Worker yelled to one in back, she came out with the nasty attitude. I made sure I did not order butthe kids got their food tossed around. Read more
Lady with Purple hair is extremely rude. She got mad (yelled OH MY GOD loudly) because my husband and I asked her to toast our... sandwich, which is a option Subway gives not some special request. Never met such a rude staff. Read more
I'm a regular person to go to this Subway. Never is their costumer service better. They are RUDE! They do not welcome anyone!... They have frowns each time I go there! They get frustrated with the costumers, with each other. They say things to one another.Its awful. They need better costumer service ASAP! Especially because Kayenta is the Gateway to Monument Valley and there aretourists that go in and out! Read more
