I'm not sure how this place is rated 4.4. Most people must do takeout. The table was sticky, the silverware was sticky. Not... ideal to work up an appetite. I ordered the cashew chicken. The serving size was generous but there were only 2 tiny cubes ofham in the ham fried rice. The cashew chicken had a very nice sauce with good flavor but the chicken was low grade and thereweren't many cashews. Plenty of veggies though which was nice. They had just raised their prices $1 across the board asevidenced by the hand-written changes. I would have been more satisfied if the meal was $1 less. Read more

Not the best place but still good. We really enjoyed the walnut shrimp, general tso's, and eggplant (with chicken) ... dishes. Personally, I'd hoped for more from their orange chicken. Super friendly owners, overall good food at a price you'dexpect Read more

Yep it could have been better. What was seriously lacking with the three dishes I ordered was vegetables. What is up with... these Chinese places that focus on meat meat meat and no veggies! Veggies are cheap and add more to the dang meal. The hot andsour soup was good but when the three dishes came out all of us said "Where's the veggies?" I paid $50 for three dishes and wascompletely unsatisfied. As soon as I got home I had to have veggies just to make up for the lack of... LOL. This was my firstand my last time here folks and I suggest if you go here you will have to spend extra money for just a veggie dish. Also, whenI order two distinctly different chicken dishes they better look and taste different. This was not the case. The sign of agreat Chinese restaurant is when every dish looks and tastes uniquely different. Enough said, go somewhere else. Read more

We have been looking for a good Chinese Restaurant in Kaysville/Layton ever since the Royal Jade sold to a new owner. I think... have found our new Go To Chinese Restaurant. We really enjoyed the Kung Pau chicken and the Sweet and Sour chicken. They add alot of vegetables to their dishes which is what I enjoy. Try the Buddah Belly - you will have an excellent meal.
