A few days ago I went to fizz to get a diet Dr Pepper and a chonut but when I got the chonut it was hard as a rock. I didn?t... know this until I drove away and I had to come back, the girl said she put it on my loyalty account. I went today to go getsome nachos and a diet Dr Pepper they were out of cheese when I got to the window they said there was no credit for my loyaltyaccount I was so disappointed. The girl at the window and the one who too my order made no effort to even try to set it right, they told me it?s not their fault that the product manager doesn?t order enough cheese. I love Fiiz. It's a favorite! However, this location seems to struggle a bit with drink orders. I know there is usually just... teenagers running it, so I understand. But I often get my drink made wrong and/or have to wait awhile for my order. It dependson the time of day. I often seem to go when there is a crowd of high school kids hanging out, distracting the workers. I amreally quite understanding because it's hard to find enough workers any place you go these days. Think it's time to change this 2 star review to 4. It used to take 30 minutes to get a drink here. With 0 people in line. But... now they have it down to a good time. The kids who work here are nice a d always in a good mood. It seems they like to workhere. They will fix their mistakes if any which has been good. They have really turned around here. Don't expect to order any ofthe snack though theyre usually out of everything. Read more
They need to add less ice. And mix the drinks better. Also, it?s really slow. I?ve worked in a fizz before, and it?s not that... hard, unless it?s really busy. And to the idiots talking about the temple recommend discount, whoever told you about it isobviously messing with you. Read more
I handed the gal my temple recommend and credit card for the temple discount obviously. However, I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE TEMPLE... DISCOUNT. Maybe they discontinued it? They should probably bring it back. I liked it. I'll leave a 3 star review when they bringit back. Read more
We have very frequently ordered on the app and in person and had the order very wrong where it?s not even the right drink. Not... even close. Pictures added have the ingredients of what it?s supposed to be Sprite Zero, sugar free coconut, sugar free vanilla,and lemon wedge and no flavors are actually in this drink. And none of the flavors would turn the drink pink and yet here we arewith a pink drink. I ordered for curbside pick up, when I arrived I immediately was met with a message saying that it would take another 5 minutes.... That's okay, but when 15 minutes later we still hadn't received our order and could see the two girls working just sitting atthe counter eating food and looking at there phones I had an issue. When it hit 20 minutes and I had to hit "bring my order" atleast 10 times and they hadn't moved we decided to go inside to find our drinks just sitting on the counter, then we had to goback in for my strawberries because they didn't give me my whole order. Never going to this location again. Maybe its time tolook into a new soda bar. Read more
