The food is always great. My only complaint is that they are always inconsistent on the time. Sometimes you?ll wait 20-30... minutes for your food, while other times only 5 minutes. Seems like it depends on which employees are working and how manyemployees are on duty. Read more
Great sandwiches. Fast service but they could improve on their personal interactions. It is lacking in common courtesy.
Absolutely horrendous experience, waited 30 minutes in the drive through for our food but that?s not the worst deal. I ordered... them to take to the lake the next day and 4 of our 5 sandwiches are incorrect. And not even just as in minor mistakes. Weordered a #5 Vito and it had Mayo on it when it doesn?t even come with Mayo on it and we didn?t ask for any add-ons. Ordered aItalian night club and it came with Dijon mustard on it when we didn?t ask for it. And the other 2 sandwiches weren?t even whatwe ordered. Drive-through does take time. However, The sandwiches always taste better at this location. I haven?t figured out what?s... different from this location compared to Clinton and Layton. But for some reason this location sandwiches seem to taste betterthan the others. I would Think they would all taste the same but even my daughter has noticed it. Read more
Work near this location. Would come here more, but it means committing 30-40 minutes of my lunch sitting in the drive thru.... Freaky fast. Only if companies could learn from chick fi la. 30 cars in a Chick fi La drive thru and I?m not even the least bitconcerned. Read more
I love Jimmy John's, and the one here on Flint Street is the best! It is super close to my work, and I come in about once a week... for lunch. The staff know me by name and always go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Read more
I started feeling horribly sick right before it was dinnertime. As a mom, that's your nightmare. But then I remembered this... Jimmy John's had opened and within minutes of placing my order, dinner was at my door!!!
