I usually always come here to get pizza, but lately, even though I order on the app, I STILL have to wait over 30 minutes for my... pizza and come to find out, when it should be done, they are just barely putting it in the oven?! There is a reason I order onthe app. So when I try and call the number to talk to someone, I can?t leave a message or get in touch with anyone. I?m notcoming here anymore. The worst little caesars location. I ordered through the app and went into pick it up and the kids were all in the back just... dancing and listening to music and didn't come up front for almost 5 minutes. Once they realized I was there they decided tofinally cook the pizza. While I was waiting their friends came in and they just let them all go back into the kitchen. Exceptone friend was smart and knew he shouldn't so all the workers started calling him disparaging words. Once one pizza was donethey brought the pizzas to me and one was cold and like it was sitting out for hours. So I told them and the kid just smirkedand laughed and said what do you want me to about it. So instead of trying to argue with him I just left. Avoid this location atall costs. Read more
The team here hustles, but slowing down a little and getting things right would be better. Waited 23 minutes for my order. ... After 23 minutes I was told it would be 6 more minutes for the pizza they ?forgot? to make. Read more
When it first opened it was good, fast and convenient. Unfortunately things have gone bad, real bad. Orders are later than... expected, not five min later but 30 min later. This last visit, there were workers screaming profanity in the back, customerswaiting, no I?m the front helping. Not sure if it was a bad night but on a Tuesday, it really shouldn?t be that bad. If you like the deep dish pizzas pick a different location. Consistently in the last 6 months our deep dish Hawaiian pizza has... been underdone. Not just by a little bit mind you, I mean raw and completely uneatable. It hasn't just been once or twice. It'sbeen about the last 10 times we have ordered here. We have spoken to management about it and they haven't seemed to care. Wewon't order from the Kaysville location again. Read more
Worst Pizza Ever! I ordered the Pacific Veggie and Honolulu Hawaiian. I picked it up on time and when I got it home what I got... were two pizzas that were cold, with toppings that weren't fully cooked and not sliced. The Veggie had 6 cold mushroom sliceswith a few shriveled green pepper chunks, a handful of sliced olives and nothing else! I will never return to this pizza jointagain. They took my money and delivered absolute garbage; I feel completely robbed! Read more
We ordered an ultimate supreme and classic pepperoni pizza. The person taking the order complained that it's more work, having... to make an ultimate supreme pizza. Both pizzas were swimming in sauce! I had to scrape the excess sauce off with a spoon to beable to eat them. Terrible pizzas! Read more
Ordered ahead through the app. Never got notified so I went to pick it up during the time it said it should be ready. They... never made my pizzas so I had to sit and wait for them to make them. The whole reason I ordered ahead was to avoid waiting inthe lobby. Worst customer service. Employees hardly gave me the time of day and no apology from them. Read more
