Consistently good McDonald?s. Ice cream machine working as is 10/25/22. This McDonald?s is connected to the Chevron off 200 N.... Getting in line is sometimes a challenge as your fighting with other cars coming to and leaving the gas station. I have never had a bad experience in any McDonalds prior to today. This store is filthy, the tables, floors and windows have... debris all over them. I felt gross sitting down. The service was also slow, we had to wait for several minutes to talk toanyone at the front. After we did order it was another 20+ minute wait. Read more
I am not impressed. We waited at the front for about 10 minutes and just got ignored. They clearly wanted us to use the self... order screen but we wanted to use cash. We finally decided to use the self checkout which told us to grab a number and we couldpay with cash. We waited for about 20 minutes for our order and it never came. My husband went and waited up front to askabout it and they continued to ignore home. He finally was able to get their attention. We found out that we needed to go up inperson to finish the order even though they wouldn?t come to help us. There were also kids who obviously came to just hang outon the play ground and were climbing on the outside and we?re about it to get inside the fencing and under the play ground. Customer service is lacking. Sat there for 30 minutes waiting in an empty dining area to realize they set my food out in the... counter the whole time. Numerous workers passed the food and let it sit, resulting in the food being cold by the time I got toit. The worker, a young lady handled it well and simply apologized and fixed the mistake as best she could. To be fair, they?reprobably not paid enough to care ??????????? Read more

I ordered a 15$ deal. My Big Macs were only lettuce, no cheese. They gave me the wrong burger for one of them, they messed up... the second burger they gave to me afterwards. They didn?t even put anything between the top two buns. The laziness in thisrestaurant was unmatched. Management needs a full overhaul. They can?t even put Big Macs together right smh. Read more

Waited in the... drive thru for THIRTY minutes for 2 basic sandwiches that couldn?t even be done halfway right. The buns are burned & the chickenis dangerously over cooked & dry. We came here early in the morning on a road trip. The card readers on the kiosks weren't working, but they had someone at the... counter who was taking orders. Super fast service and whoever took our order was super nice. Food was awesome. Read more
