I got off of work and went through the drive through at around 8:20. I ordered a foot long BLT with extra Mayo. When I got home... I and opened it, it was swimming in mustard, which I didn't ask for. I called the store and asked for some form of credit and Iwas told they had to see the sandwich in order to do that, like they don't trust their customers. Had Roast beef and BLT the last few times. Much more affordable than a place near me and both were excellent!
Have never been disappointed - they always get our multi-sandwich, very-specific & complicated orders right...while somehow... managing to keep the drive-through advancing at a reasonable pace. Read more
Went to subway drive thru in kaysville, 8pm. Waited for my 2 subs for 25 minutes, while waiting heard loud music in back and... laughing, this whole time I did not see them making the food, they were instead locking the doors, cleaning. They don?t closefor another hour and half. They only just started making my food when another car showed up behind me. When the girl opened thewindow and handed me the food, she said ?here?s your sandwiches? in the most sassiest tone of voice and looked at me angrily.Worst experience at subway, was treated with ignorance.
