Took the family for an early dinner and had a great time! Kids got everything they wanted and our server (Sierra) even brought... extra apple slices to avoid a war. My husband and I ate here on a busy Friday evening. The service was uh, ok. Our waitress didn?t seem to be the customer service... type. She was a little friendly but didn?t go out of her way to refill our water, ask if we needed anything else or see how thefood was. We ordered wings as an appetizer. They were good. My husband ordered the salmon sandwich for dinner. He LOVED it. Iordered the Sticky Finger salad. I was HUGELY disappointed. Irritated, actually. I?ve had the salad before- at a Winger?s inanother city here in Northern Utah. On that salad, there was so much more chicken! This salad had hardly any chicken. I was hoping after the re-open this place would've been a bit better. But it lacked, and the prices have gone up a bit. The... service was slow, and then FAMILIES BEWARE because they had Saturday Night Live on several TVs and it was SO inappropriate.Like, strippers. Granted when we told the manager she did change the channel. I would've been mortified if I had had my kidsthere. The sticky finger quesadilla is always a hit, but the burger was dry and flavorless, and the fries were mushy. We came here for a celebration with our Family to celebrate a huge event. The hamburgers were over cooked. My husband ordered... the riblets they came out charred to a crisp. My daughter showed up and I specifically said to make sure we put her order on mybill I was assured that would happen. We left before my daughter finished eating and she called me up upset saying that both themanager and the employee were being so awful and saying I didn't say I would pay for her food. I called them and they were veryrude to me. This place is poorly ran and needs an overhaul on the attitudes. ***I just wanted to edit my review and tell youthat I had the most incredible follow up with the owner of these restaurants. I was thoroughly impressed with his resolution andhis follow up. I wanted to extend my gratitude for the amazing treatment I received. I will be coming back for anotherexperience. ***A little secret Wingers is my favorite restaurant and has been for year's. Thank you Brandon for extending theolive branch. We frequent Wingers often and we are never disappointed! We are greeted with a friendly staff and the service is top notch! ... Each visit we order the dry rub wings and they are perfection!
