The workers here aren?t even friendly, one bit. Don?t waste your money here if you want to get kicked out early and get yelled... at. Not worth going there to let the staff be racist and be discriminatory against others. Never again will I be returning. 0stars if I could. Donuts? Forget about it, it was stale as hell. Spraying alcohol on the tables aggressively also after usasians leave, will never let someone treat me that way. Sorry to say, this store is not reserved any star if I can leave no star to this store. On 8/27/2022, a great trip should have... a perfect ending after everyone had a great rest in our favorite coffee store, Dunkin. However, a bad experience in a localDunkin store destroys the whole day's wonderful moment. In this store, our kids were YELLED by an employee when they stood infront of the door. When the time got close to 7 pm, we were "kicked out" of the store. The reason is that manager (Sue) said thestore will be closed by 7 pm. I wondered why we were not asked to leave with the magic words called "Please" and "I amsorry"? When we were outside of the store, the same employee sprayed a lot of disinfectant on the chair and table, then lookedat us for a moment. I feel this is a message called "we are the dirty thing in the store," and I feel we were raceddiscrimination. Again, if Dunkin wants to maintain a good reputation, it should fire this employee. Awful just awful. Been a few times and Everytime everything is gross . Save your money go to a different one.
Awful awful place with no manners at all!!!! The hash browns I ordered were a smushed mess, my coffee was cold and the donut... extremely stale. Worst of all, I asked them specifically for the veggie egg white omelette bites and confirmed that it needs tobe veggie. I got home and had a bite immediately realising this was bacon. Im muslim and my religion forbids me from havingbacon so it was hurtful. I can get over the other mistakes but it was so so hurtful to have eaten that bacon accidentally. Irealised on my third bite that it was bacon all along. I called to complain and immediately the people working there startedscreaming at me on the phone instead of apologising or admitting their mistake! So so bad! I will NEVER step in there again,ever! This place doesn?t even deserve one star. The workers are not friendly, service was very slow even with no other customers in... the store. I ordered hash browns and they were frozen when I bit into it. Next time I?ll just flush my money in the toilet bowl. Read more
Always pretty good. Drive thru line usually pretty quick. The staff is always friendly and curtious. I have no complaints. ... It's the same dunkin food and drinks as everywhere. Read more
I know we are struggling through the Covid-19 pandemic but I wouldn't have known about any problems outside when dealing with... the associates inside this particular Dunkin Donuts. Efficient, Friendly, and Welcoming. The store was clean, and well kept.Seem like it was managed nicely too. I must say there is one employee in particular who was more than helpful. Confident, greateye contact, quality service in every form. He was even superb with my 10 year old daughter. We don't really go out due to theCovid-19 crisis but he sure made it feel worth it. Even gave her a free donut. Unfortunately I do not have his name at thismoment. No doubt I'll be returning to this establishment and I'll be sure to get it. Wow customer service is horrible and the attitude the employees give you is absolutely absurd. I gave it a second chance just... because I needed a coffee, that was a big mistake. Read more
