I ordered delivery on the app. An hour after I ordered it, the tracker said it was being quality checked. So, I call the store,... the automated voice said my order was out for delivery. I waited to talk to someone and the person in the store answered andinformed me that they didn't have a delivery driver and that my order hadn't even been made yet. Ridiculous, two different"trackers" told me the order was almost done only for the person at the store to tell me it wasn't even started. Read more
Poorly run fiasco of a domino's. They always mess something up, they do not care on the phone. They never offer any kind of... solutions, just stare at you and shrug their shoulders. There is a lady working there who is very nice but unfortunately itdoesn't redeem this location at all. Save your money, go to pizza hut instead. Read more
Understaffed but price and food good

This store is poorly run. I ordered pizza for delivery, supposed to take 45 minutes, and after over an hour I got a call. The... person said there was no driver to deliver the pizza, that he was 17 and working alone, and there was no manager to convert myorder to a pick-up. He cancelled my order. My family finally got to eat at 8pm. Glad there's many other pizza options inKearney: Casey's Pizza Hut Pizza Shoppe Giambalvo's And probably more I can't think of. Read more
Ordering was okay even though the person was extremely hard to understand. Pizzas were done very quickly to my surprise. Staff... was very friendly when I got there. However the manager was in the back, doing who knows what. The employee couldn't log intothe system, only the manager could, so I couldn't pay and had to wait for the manager to get done doing whatever he was doing. Iliterally had to stand in the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting to pay while my pizzas got old. What started out as a prettygood experience, turned into a not so nice experience by the end. I arrived after my order was supposed to be ready and was to be brought out. Never got brought out. While waiting, I watched a... pregnant girl in a sports bra and bike shorts walking around the entire store, eating. The people ?working? in there were justhanging out talking to her and the guy she was with. I go in to get it. Check it in the car, didn?t have all of my order. Goback in and then have to go wait in my car more. While I was in there, the guy ?working? was on the phone clearly telling hisbuddy ?come on in, I got you.? There was one guy making food, one girl sitting in the back. Sat out in my car waited another 15minutes for the forgotten pizza. While I was waiting, the guy went down to the Mexican restaurant down the strip. Came back andnever washed his hands and began preparing more food. This order will go in the trash and we will be eating something else.Highly do NOT recommend. The girl working was nice, but this was the worst experience. Read more
