I was employed at this location for a ltl over 1 yr and for the first time I felt like I was growing and learning and working my... way up the ladder and then alot of personal things had happened like a death and more and when you ask for help with everythingon my shoulders that Iam going thru and get none and can't even get change for my drawer it's just sad to know that you can calland call ur manager and text ur manager to where you even apologize but you was going to clock out and take ur bad attitude hometo getting a message that I was fired I loved working here even thou pilot is nothing but false hope they soup ya up but don'tstand behind it its very very disappointing guess over all I'd still give it a 2 cuz sum areas was decent a job I was trying tob proud of being part of the team just to b let down and disappointed Read more
The convenience store side was great. Clean, neat, great selection, helpful, friendly staff- what you expect from Pilot/Flying... J. Taco Bell was a different story. I had to catch my food before it slid off the counter onto the floor. And my food was amess. I took it out of thebag and had lettuce and tomatoes fall in the floor. The tortillas on my soft tacos are hard enough tostart breaking apart. I shouldn't need a bib to eat soft tacos and a chalupa. I haven't eaten here in years because the servicewas poor. Absolute garbage facility run by absolute garbage people. I had a reserved spot, but they couldn?t move anyone out of a spot so... it was useless. I got a refund and luckily a spot opened in the back so I did have a place to park, but it was pure luck. Next,they had the showers shut down because not enough people were working. So if you come here needing a shower at night don?texpect one because they can?t have enough people working. There are numerous locations pilot/flying J need to review as far aswho should and shouldn?t be a franchisee and this is one of them? Read more
The gas station and fuel desk side are awesome, no complaints. The Taco Bell side however? Have absolutely ruined it for me. I... can?t seem to pick an opening time and stick with it which is led to me to stop several times hoping for some good Taco Bellonly to find it randomly not open. Has a truck driver that cost me a lot of time and is extremely disappointing. I may just stopbothering altogether. But like I said the pilot side Is awesome. Read more
This is one of the most convenient Pilots I've seen by far in the US just because of what's around it you can find places to eat... like McDonald's, Burger King & Arby's all of the outside inside you can find a Taco Bell next to it there's a small hotel andaround the area there is a CAT Scale with how quick garage Quick Lube to fix your truck so far all the way to the inside andthen another one all the way out for $400 an hour gas station Read more
Clean travel stop just off the interstate. Entering this place is a little confusing if coming from the other direction. Inside... you can buy snacks, drinks, and other goods. They have bathrooms and hot-food items as well. Great parking for large trucks andregular parking for cars. Read more
