Our favorite stop for carry-out when we're in the area. Very flexible for vegetarian diets; their rice and bean sides are both... veg-friendly. We have ordered dinner #14, which is two cheese enchiladas + rice and black beans as sides. So yummy and filling!We have also ordered the quesadillas + one large cheese and onion enchilada. This place was awesome! We ordered online. After a long day of driving we were looking for a whole mess of tasty food and this... place delivered. We got the veggie fajitas which were easily turned vegan and there was so much tasty food we couldn?t evenfinish it. Would definitely get again. Stopped for the night in Kearney. Margarita's was close to the hotel. The restaurant is warm and welcoming. Estevan was our... server and was fantastic. Very attentive and we never had to ask for drink refills. The food was AWESOME. The salsa has niceflavor, the queso fundido was great, and so were our meals. I highly recommend Margaritas in Kearney.
