This restaurant is a delightful find. There is ample parking within a short walk to the restaurant, even for an RV. Their... salad bar has so many fresh options and their tomato soup is a real treat, not to be missed. I had the crusted salmon & myhusband had shrimp scampi with risotto, each absolutely delicious. We were quite full so we brought pieces of cheesecake &chocolate cake back to the RV for a later evening dessert. Both were fantastic as well. If you're fortunate, you may get Seanas your waiter with impeccable service. The Alley Rose definitely will be one of our stops in Kearney as we travel from Ohio toColorado! Read more
I'm from Grand Island, all the steak places here are always full to capacity Fridays & Saturdays, because of that, I've stopped... going out. The other day, I felt like having steak, so I started searching & found this place called Alley Rose. As I looked atpictures & reviews, it called my attention & decided to go try it. I ordered a 16-18 oz. Prime rib & it came with vegetables & 2small potatoes. AMAZING flavor, PERFECTLY cooked & the service was EXCELLENT. Nice restaurant downtown. The fries were warm and soft. They’re not steak fries so they should be hot and crispy. I ordered... the western burger medium well but it was well done. Service was good. Read more

If you are a first timer to Alley Rose you will not be disappointed at all. First thing the establishment caters to Gluten... Free customers. We had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes on our meals. However, it was worth the effort and time. The meals was sodelicious and prepared perfectly for our taste. Their stakes was juicy and tender no stake sauce needed. Please save room fordessert you cannot go wrong with a good Cheese cake. Read more
They have a great atmosphere with live piano/harp. It looks nice. My drink was pretty good. They have a salad bar included with... your meal. But my food was pretty disappointing. The veggie mac literally had ingredients from the salad bar, including lettuceand raw carrots. There was such a thick layer of oil on the shrimp scampi, I didn't even realize there was risotto underneath.It wasn't awful for the price, but I definitely expected more. Read more
