Awesome food and customer service was bomb!
This is the second time iv been rushed thru the drive thru by the little girl at the window. Had I not grabbed the bag of food... also it works of been laying on my lap because she basically threw it in my window. I realize good help is hard to find but asmuch as you pay for food there that should not be allowed! Obviously she was in such a hurry that she also forgot to put the 3dollars worth or sauces I ordered. Needless to say my barely warm taco was dry as hell. Definitely not worth 30 dollars! Went to amigos today. I was treated very rudely by an employee named Brooke working the window. When I asked her her name she... smirked, gave it to me and then said and this is my general manager Cassidy. The fact that she was so rude and the generalmanager was there is a appalling. Read more
I enjoyed this place better than Taco John's. Went to Taco John's drive-thru last Saturday and spent close to 30 dollars just... for it to be a waste because it was all cold and noone wanted to answer the phone. At least the people at Amigos answered myphone call and the people there are friendly. Food was amazing. Once again I am so glad they are opened back up. Thank you forsuch a wonderful job. From the outside you expect another fast food taco place with a 50/50 chance of getting diarrhea but this isn't the case. The... food is fresh and hot with enough different choices you can find something for the whole family. Worth trying if you arelooking for a quick meal. Read more
We were the only ones in the dining room and it still took 15 minutes to get our food. They messed up my order, so I took it... back to the counter, they apologized and said they would get it fixed right away. After waiting another 10 minutes I went backto the counter to check on my order, and they said they got busy, so apparently serving customers in the drive thru tookpriority over fixing my already paid for order. I waited 5 more minutes at the counter, watching the employees continue to makeone order after another for the drive thru, meanwhile my wife and kids finished their meal. I finally motioned for them to comemeet me at the counter and we would leave. We let them know we weren't happy and wouldn't be coming back. Amigos is a greatfranchise, but the exceptionally poor customer service at this location reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Read more
