When we first entered the restaurant, we were greeted poorly. Our waitress Christina was very rude. She began to walk away in... the middle of us ordering our food, had absolutely NO manners at all, huffed and puffed when we made any requests (asking forsauce or a to-go box), and brought our bottled water way after we had finished eating and had already gotten the bill. We heard BWW was under new management so decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the... service was fast and they were very busy. Mitch, the manager stopped at our table several times to check on us. Noticed themanager helping in all areas. We will definitely be back. Read more
I NEVER, wrote reviews! But after getting home with our food. It was horrible, cold, crunchy and hard fries. Two of burgers,... were completely made wrong according to what we asked to have on them. We spent 78 dollars to receive food I wouldn?t feed mydog. This is the 3rd time we have eaten at the Kearney location, and I would have to say, it?s gotten progressively worse.First time, we had some issues, but wasn?t too bad. Second time, everything I ordered, wasn?t in stock. Then when I receivedwhat they did have, it?s was not how I ordered it. Then this time tonight. Will never go back. The food is always mediocre and cold. If you get your food.. which we didn't last time because the kitchen... forgot to make my husband's order, or like when we went today and they served my pizza without all the ingredients and didn'tsay anything until I asked. The hostess was doing her homework in the dining area, waitress was eating while serving and thebartender was never behind the bar. I usually do not leave reviews but with that said. We live out of town and order takeout often. Almost always missing... something, first time got all the way home, called and they did send $10 gift card for missing item and very apologetic. So wecheck order before we leave now. Today 20 traditional wings missing. The host was quick to go back and notify the manager orsupervisor, supervisor did not say one single word to us, brought out wings, gave us a very dirty look, looked in our bag, putthe wings in bag, set on counter and walked away. Absolutely terrible. I got a carry out. I was missing 2 orders of fries & and order of spicy garlic wings. I ordered 4 things of... ranch and got absolutely not one thing of ranch. My honey bbq bar pizza was missing bacon, green onions and it was completelyburnt. My sons mac and cheese was cold. I reached out under the ?orders & visits? like they advise and they responded thatthey?ll share my feedback with the local restaurant & offered no actual help- reaching out to them is a waste of time??????????? Mediocre at best. We had 2 orders of fries that went with our wings. Fries were delivered 10 minutes before the rest of the... meal. Our wings were wrong - another 10 min wait for the right order. Had a coupon for 25% off - ended up taking $5 off a $60+order (you do the math). Manager was nice. Food was good when we got it. Paid $3 for a shot of Bloody Mary mix to make a redbeer?. Bone in wings were great and the spicy garlic were tasty... What I don't understand is I also ordered the Thai curry wings from... the hot list and was very surprised there wasn't much for spice. Spicy garlic were much spicier and on the medium list. Not abig deal but was really looking forward to a good sweat... Read more
