Best cookies in Nebraska, very moist and stays good for days after buying and tastes delicious. The iconic smell of these... perfect cookies might be the only thing that makes me truly happy. They should make a candle that is scented like those heavenlycookies. If Eileen has some close relatives I will happily marry into her family so I can eat these cookies until the day that Idie. I hate giving one star. This used to be my favorite place to go every time I was in Kearney Nebraska. We would buy dozens of... cookies and take some out of town with us. During June of 2019 every dozen cookies we bought just didn't seem right. We boughtfrosted sugar cookies, frosted lemon cookies, snickerdoodles , and double chocolate walnut. Before they almost melted in yourmouth and we're cooked perfectly. Now they seem undercooked. I don't know if the recipe changed or what's going on. We boughtthem more than one occasion. We ended up throwing cookies away because my kids wouldn't eat them. They receive a lot ofbusiness. I was surprised that so many people are still going when the cookies are not nearly as good. I don't think I will goback again. There are other treats I would rather spend my money on that I know I will enjoy. I'm totally bummed because I usedto love this place. Read more

I love Eileen's Cookies and this was the first time I had been to one outside of lincoln. The cookies were cooked perfectly soft... and they had the small size individual cookies instead of me having to get them in a half dozen or the bigger sizes :) Read more
