This location was okay at best, drive through customer service was lacking. The cheeseburgers had a strange taste to them as... well as the fries...the fries tasted like they were fried in old rancid oil. If I have to visit Kearney, NE again...won't bestopping here. Read more
It took 10 minutes to get 1 sausage biscuit and 1 sausage muffin, at 8am. When the food was finally ready, neither sandwich was... wrapped. Also, neither hand dryer in the women's restroom is functional so ... that's gross. Read more

I ordered a number 1 big mac meal and this is what I got. I called the manager and he said to come back and he would have it... remade. I drive all the way back out there and find out they have no lettuce. Now here is where the place gets saved. I wouldlike to show my greatest appreciation to Kristian. I hope I got your name right. She is a great worker and she should be themanager. She has a great personality and she is very friendly. She made sure that I was satisfied. I would urge the store ownerto make her a manager, immediately. Kristian, I told you that I would give you a great review. Absolutely had no intention of getting our order out fast, stood around chatting it up and using their phones when we were... clearly standing there for a good 15 minutes, might?ve been 13, it was at 8:30 when we were there and the staff weren?t nice butmore or so snobby at us, please teach your employees about proper customer service.
