We appreciated the staff letting us know it would be 45 min or more till we got served. They had ONE cook & a huge party of 30... ahead of us. We went somewhere else for that meal, but made sure we ate there for other ones! Read more

Plenty of open and vlean tables, had to wait while it was cleaned. Table was very wet we had to dry it off Server was not... friendly. We placed our order before a 6 top but got our food after. Only after we asked the person who seated us where ourorder was. Once our food came out she asked how it was and I let her know our food was not hot and I was that was not possible.Toast was cold, fries were the same temperature as the ketchup. Typical Perkins atmosphere, clean, friendly, usual menu. When we arrived, it was fairly busy however only one waitress on floor.... Hostess and possible manager assisted a little, but greatly understaffed. As we were finishing our meal, another wait person didcome on the floor. Three servers wouldn't have been too much for this time period. We were not neglected, but felt bad that wehad to ask the waitress for something. Read more
