Plenty of open and vlean tables, had to wait while it was cleaned. Table was very wet we had to dry it off Server was not... friendly. We placed our order before a 6 top but got our food after. Only after we asked the person who seated us where ourorder was. Once our food came out she asked how it was and I let her know our food was not hot and I was that was not possible.Toast was cold, fries were the same temperature as the ketchup. Typical Perkins atmosphere, clean, friendly, usual menu. When we arrived, it was fairly busy however only one waitress on floor.... Hostess and possible manager assisted a little, but greatly understaffed. As we were finishing our meal, another wait person didcome on the floor. Three servers wouldn't have been too much for this time period. We were not neglected, but felt bad that wehad to ask the waitress for something. Read more
Jessica was our server and she was pleasant and professional. Our food was very tasty without any greasy taste to it as we've... had in other restaurants recently visited. Came on here on a Sunday afternoon right after church. Place gets very busy, I think the management is very poor, staff is all... over the place. Not a team work environment. Very slow and not to much urgency in waiting people. Most of the servers are olderand take there time. I waited a hour for my food to get to my table making my wait time almost 2 hours. Like I said very relaxedstaff. Don?t have a urgency on serving, just another day on a busy Sunday. Food is ok, cold when it came out, some of it wasover cooked. Not to great. I can make better food at home to be honest. Overall it was a bad experience. It?s been gettingworse over the months now that more and more people are coming out to eat. Read more
