Pizza was undercooked, cookie was overcooked. Tried to leave survey, no survey number on receipt. Called store, employee said... there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked for a manager, she hung up on me. Called back and got a manager. Sheverified there was no survey number on my receipt. She had no answers. This was my 5th call?other calls either ended up beingdropped or sent to India for customer service. You CANNOT make this stuff up! Read more
Ordering on the internet was not all that easy to do. The pizzas themselves LACKED A LOT OF FLAVOR!!! The crust just fell apart... like a flaky biscuit. The crust also didn't have much flavor either. We won't be ordering from pizza hut anymore!!! Read more
I called this location and made an order and said I wanted it by 12:15. I show up, all the doors were locked. Ordered 4 pizzas total, 3 were made the way we ordered. The fourth was not. We had ordered a pizza with ham, pepperoni, and... pineapple but it had no pineapple at all, instead it had bacon. Not a huge deal but it just was not made the way we ordered. Read more
