Pizza was undercooked, cookie was overcooked. Tried to leave survey, no survey number on receipt. Called store, employee said... there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked for a manager, she hung up on me. Called back and got a manager. Sheverified there was no survey number on my receipt. She had no answers. This was my 5th call?other calls either ended up beingdropped or sent to India for customer service. You CANNOT make this stuff up! Read more
Ordering on the internet was not all that easy to do. The pizzas themselves LACKED A LOT OF FLAVOR!!! The crust just fell apart... like a flaky biscuit. The crust also didn't have much flavor either. We won't be ordering from pizza hut anymore!!! Read more
I called this location and made an order and said I wanted it by 12:15. I show up, all the doors were locked. I called them... again and the person that answered the phone said they would transfer me and the phone just rang. Got no one on the phone. Iwish I could give this a zero star rating Read more
Ordered 4 pizzas total, 3 were made the way we ordered. The fourth was not. We had ordered a pizza with ham, pepperoni, and... pineapple but it had no pineapple at all, instead it had bacon. Not a huge deal but it just was not made the way we ordered. Read more
Easy to order online. Waited in drive through 5 minutes, no one came. Parked and walked to the front door - it was locked, saw... employees inside. Was ignored. Ended up walking through the drive through. Waited another 2-3 minutes. Employee said they wereshort staffed. Gave minimum interaction. Food was decent. Read more
Every time I try to redeem my rewards points, the website only allows me to redeem for breadsticks and nothing else even with... plenty of points. This is a consistent problem. Not sure if stores can refuse to allow points redemption or if this is aninternal error? Read more
We have not ordered Pizza Hut for a long time. The one by our house closed and we wanted to give this location a try. We were... bothered the pizzas were dried out and the beef was way over done. we love thin and crispy and why we order from Pizza hut buthave not had this problem. On a good note, the website was easy to place order and pizza was ready on time. just sorry the pizzaitself was not very good. Read more
Over priced small portions dry tasteless pasta and cardboard pizza will never order from Pizza Hut again.
