I love Red Lobster. Unfortunately, this one in particular is disappointing. We ordered crab legs, pasta and steak. The crab legs... were overcooked. Pasta sauce was too watery. We ordered a medium steak but we were given a well-done???? What a waste of $100plus dinner. Originally, we wanted to dine-in but since it was packed that night we decided to just ordered to-go. It would bemore disappointing if we waited a long time for dine-in. I guess this kind of chain resto will never be the same each State. Read more
Employs a friendly & competent wait staff. Generous portions and unlimited biscuits are delicious. Went during lunch in a large... group and were seated quickly and could easily pay our split bill via tablet. Enjoyable lunch break! Read more
First time at this one and was not disappointed. Dined on a Monday about 7:15. It was not packed but there was a good dinner... crowd. Greeters and wait staff were very polite and attentive. Selected Walt's Shrimp and broccoli. Both were spot on - asizeable portion of shrimp that couldn't be finished and fresh broccoli that didn't look like it had been in a steam table forhours. Oh, and you can never forget the Cheddar Bay Biscuits - fresh warm and delicious! Hat's off to server Patrick - food wasprepared quickly and he was attentive. Definitely worth a visit! Read more

The Red Lobster in Kearney, Nebraska, is one of the finest restaurants in the Midwest. The hospitality displayed by all the... employees was outstanding. The host was polite and energetic. My server, Patrick, was knowledgeable, punctual, and humorous. It was my friend's birthday, and the staff made the night special. Not only was the food delicious, but the manager, Amy, tookthe time to wish my friend a Happy Birthday. Amy and Patrick engaged with all the customers and collaborated well with theircoworkers. It was amazing I rarely get to eat sea food most of the time I don't like it. But the lobster was great. And the staff as soon... as we came in we're attentive, the waitress especially friendly and didn't feel forced or try to sell us extra. Read more
This Red lobster was nice. We had about a 20 minutes wait (but we did go at like 7:00pm on a Friday) but it was worth the wait!... When we were seated the waitress was at our table within minutes of us sitting down! She was nice pleasant and professional! Sheknew her stuff (for the life of me I can't remember her name)! After we ordered our drinks they were to us within just a fewminutes even though the restaurant was packed! Then when we ordered our food the waitress was playing around with us with somegreat sarcasm (that was awesome)! The food we ordered took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to us and it was hot good and ready toeat! I had the lobster linguine (I can't remember what my dad had...but he enjoyed it)! The food was excellent! The bill cameand it wasn't too bad of a price for the style and type of food we were eating! I do recommend the Red Lobster to anyone that isin the area! Came for lunch our waitress was amazing! Super sweet an helpful. Checked on us multiple times even sent us off with extra... biscuits. Our meals were great but the mussels we ordered as a app were super salty. We will be back again. Read more
