Is a starbucks with good service
Far from impressed by this Starbucks I had just gotten off of driving 22 hours from Pennsylvania and I thought stopping at... Starbucks to get my usual ( a very basic drink to order ). It had taken the girl at the register 10 minutes to put my drink intothe computer a ?Vt Pink Drink with less ice and extra Strawberries?. Then for her to hand off the drink to another girl thatproceeded to put in normal amount of ice and wrong amounts of the drink. Instead of the drink being pink it was more white andhad huge chunks of ice in it as I specifically asked for less ice. I would understand a little more if there had been a longline or if they had been busy but I was the only one ordering at the time and the girls were mostly standing around. Read more

This Starbucks is amazing! We stayed at the beautiful Crown Plaza hotel for a work conference and the next day stopped at... Starbucks before check out. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Brady who went out of his way to chat with us andtell us some sights to see in Kearney. Will definitely be returning to this location again! Read more
