Best service I got by far in a fast food service. The guy that took our order was Sam and he was the manager there. He was very... talkative gave suggestions on items that he thought we would like. We had a reasonably good sized order and they didn't screwit up like some places could have. I will go back. Thank you Sam fricken Awesome. Read more

The hours online are rarely correct and they always fluctuate. When they are open however they have kind and professional... staff. Please update your hours to what you are truly open. Read more

They have some artwork on the wall. They didn't say anything when I took off with some extra sauce packets, so that's cool.

Get your lobby open, short staffed is such a sorry excuse. It literally takes one person to take someone?s order and wipe some... tables off periodically, it?s borderline pathetic at this point. After waiting in a line around the building (I ordered on theapp otherwise I would have just left) I received the wrong food, then when I finally got the right food, it was terrible. Barelyif any meat on anything. Needless to say I hadn?t been to TB in a long time and I think this was probably my last time. Read more

Very rude, we pulled up to drive thru and was instantly told we close in 15 minutes, thab kept rushing us to order. Was 10 mins... when we got our order a d they closed the store, turned off lights and turned others in drive thru down before it was actuallytheir closing time. Not good customer service at all. Wondering what the owner would think about the employees losing them moneyall for 5 extra mins of getting out if there early. Read more
