Ya know I used to stop by here pretty regularly, it's close to my house and convenient. But recently I had a lady whom I assume... was a manager tell me I need to get a new card because there reader doesn't read it well. This is literally the only place thishappens including the other Wendy's. Point being if every other business has no problems maybe you should look in to your cardreader before blaming your customers... Read more
The service there was extremely quick and actually fresh. Employees are not really too friendly at this store. Just act like a... bunch of ants. Only do the job intended to do without communicating with the customers. So sad to see this happening. Second time in a row my order was incomplete. Same item missing both times, meaning my son didn't get his nuggets. Receipt was... correct, business was slow, so I don't see any reason for this issue. Read more
Fries were edible, but staff needed to change the fryer oil. Portion was substantial. Burger was good, but more burger king... type messy that I'm used to getting from a Wendy's. Staff was pleasant to deal with at the order point and the pay/pickupwindow. Read more
