I don't think the food is as good a quality as it use to be, don't get me wrong the food is really good. The PR has gone down... hill. The inside workers act as if the customers a pain in the arss. They act a if they have better things to do than wait onthe customers. Read more

Great stop along our route. Quick service, friendly staff. We had a customized order and they got it 100% correct. Clean parking... lot. Read more
My family and I were treated rudely and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by an employee who wanted us out of the dining... room at the top of the hour when the dining room closed. We arrived at 7:40 PM knowing the dining room closed at 8 PM. Midwaythrough our meal at the top of the hour, the employee went out of his way to tell us the dining room is now closed, no one elsewould be allowed in, we were the last ones there. Basically, please leave. We hurriedly ate and left. My family commented thatwe wished we drove a little bit farther to Culver's where there would be courteous service. This was after the same employeemessed up our order, interpreting “just the sandwich, not a meal” apparently to mean a plain sandwich with no toppings .Perhaps there was a communication/language challenge in both instances. Also, all tables were dirty and the bathrooms werefreezing. We will make a point not to return to this Wendy’s. Read more

Worse lunch ever today. Burgers were cold and no bacon lettuce tomatoe on the jr bacon cheeseburger. The fries were old, cold... and stale. Nuggets were also old and cold. Good food. Register person could not find a chicken sandwich on the register. Finally did. Then charged for an extra frosty.... Line too long for me to get a refund. The frosty we did order we asked for an empty cup to get filled after eating. When wepicked up the order the frosty was filled. But, at least the fries were hot. Read more
