Employees messed up my order and I pulled back around to get it fixed mind you this is a very simple fix and the employees... became incredibly rude and refused to fix the mistake they made. All i asked was for a plain hamburger and they gave me onedrowned in Ketchup and mustard to the point the bun was soaked, but somehow I?m in the wrong for asking them to remake it? Got to the front they gave me a whole different price for my order and it wasn't even my order. I told them it wasn't me and... they argued with me.I was the only one there. It was a online order! I left quickly. Read more
Drive thru only no in store service or dining. Very inconvenient. Drive thru personnel were snappy and rather rude. Probably... good you could not go in anyway. Fries not to good, soggy and limp with some nasty coating. AW root beet tasted like coughmedicine. Nothing like I'd expect from a KFC or A&W. Read more
Even though it doesn?t show as a combo, this is not a stand-alone A&W, which means you get really terrible KFC chicken instead... of the amazing A&W stuff. They had no fries and wanted to charge extra for all alternative sides. (Also no ice cream.) The exitis super deep too, so don?t be surprised if you grind your bumper leaving. Read more
Does this look like a chicken tender? No my husband got a chicken little and his meat was bigger than all 3 of my chicken... tenders combined!! I spent $5 on 3 piece tender box thingy and I got 3 tiny chicken pieces. My cat could eat those 3 pieces ofchicken and still be hungry!! Also my husband asked for ketchup and mayo on his burger and got ketchup and mustard instead. Wowjust wow won't be going to this location again. Read more
