I worked for Harmons for 5 years as a grocery checker m this harmons cougar store has everything you need or you fill out a... request card and they have what you need next time you come in. I love the harmons foodie card program too because it save myfamily alot of money on food.The have the most fresh produce then any store in Utah..thank you harmons for great customerservice and friendly pharmacy too Read more
The Manager and the Mail Counter ladies went above and beyond to help me with some helium. It may seem silly but these balloons... are extremely important because of a passing in the family. I was picking up a delivery for an online order, and I've NEVER had any place including this very Harmon's tell me they couldn't... give me the customers order because someone was in the car with me, nor that they couldn't give me the order because I had stuffin my car. Don?t buy their 5 for $25 chicken it?s from OLD CHICKENS!! It tastes terrible I almost threw up. This is the worst Harmons I have been to, and I really love Harmons (typically). Everytime I shop here and try to purchase... something from their specialty cheese section they don't have the item available for you to pick up and go, you have to requestit(almonds, silly marcona almonds). I can literally see the tub of them but am repeatedly told that there is only one person inthe entire store that can put them in a container for me to purchase and that one individual is never available. I'm notexaggerating, they are either in a meeting, on a break, or simply can't be found. This is indicative of the experience you'llreceive shopping here as a whole. They may have what you want, but good luck getting the customer service needed to actuallypurchase what you need. I will be driving out of my way moving forward to shop at any other Harmons. So frustrating. It's noteven about the almonds anymore. I have never been to a store that has an item that you want to purchase on the shelf but theywill not let you purchase it because the correct employee is not there to hand it to you. Also, there was sliced mozzarellacaprese cheese sitting out, unrefrigerated, on the cheese counter for at least the 30 minutes I was there and that item WASlabeled for sale. Read more
This is an excellent Harmons location. There is a bank, USPS, fuel station, and if you need the additional assistance, a drive... up grocery loading area right next to the check out. If you need assistance loading your groceries, after checking out, letyour cashier know and the bagger will assist you. You will drive your car into the loading zone, where they will load up yourgroceries. It's such a helpful service for those who are in need of a helping hand! Their products are great and I love theirmeats and produce. Far superior to Smith's or other grocery stores in the area. Pharmacy Specific Portion: The pharmacy is alsovery helpful. My medication is very expensive and uncommon, so no pharmacy carries it regularly. It always has to be specialordered. At Walgreens, this could take up to 3-5 business days. Being heart medication, that's not acceptable. Harmons pharmacycan have my medication in next day, around mid day. Some of my other medication I only use specific variants of generics (somegeneric and name brands use different inactive ingredients, which in my case is important) so we special order multiplemedications of mine. Never had an issue and they are very helpful and quick. The one time there was a delay, they drove to astore a few miles away and picked it up so they could partially fill my prescription. I was called and notified I would get apartial and the rest would be delayed, but because they went out of their way, I didn't mind one bit. Read more
I want to love this Harmons. When they?re stocked, they have more gluten-free options than any store in the area. The store is... well laid out and easy to navigate. The only problem is they NEVER stock anything. It has now been 2-months since they haverestocked any of the gluten-free snacks they carry, as well as other items. It?s absolutely insane how bad they are withinventory. Even if they restocked once a month I?d give another star, but over a month is just straight up negligence ofinventory. This place would be 5-stars if whoever was in charge of inventory knew what they were doing. Read more
