This place sucks!!! I?m 100% sure the owners and managers don?t care?but the BEHAVIORS they?ve created with having you pull... forward while everyone behind you gets their food before you sucks! Employees are always with a bad attitude.. this morning I went through the drive thru. I asked for my food and when it came to... pay I thought it was to much what they were charging me. So I asked can you just retake my order. Manager was called and when Iasked her if she can retake my order she rolled her eyes And said to the other employees I should've just make her go throughthe drive thru again.. By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and will not be coming back. With 1 other person inside our order still took... over 30 minutes to prepare. We had to ask 3 different people to unlock the bathroom for my daughter and were blown off until webrought it up to the manager. The were flies everywhere inside and constantly trying to keep them off the food. I would ratenegative stars if I could. Read more
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! This is the worst McDonald's in the world. I go to many different McDonald's locations and I never... ever have to pull forward and wait for my food at any of them but I guarantee you'll be asked to pull forward here. And believeme you will wait for your food. This is the slowest McDonald's. There is a level of service you expect when you go to aMcDonald's but this one didn't get the memo or they lost the manual about how to be a McDonald's. I literally just tried to go through the drive through and the girl at the drive through had the worst customer service. She... mumbled and I thought she asked how can I help you and when I told her I wanted a large Coke she rudely said ?We can?t take anyorders right now?. I told I?m sorry I didn?t hear her the 1st time and she didn?t need to have so much attitude she responded?well I already told you the first time?.? I specifically ordered no onions due to allergies. Every burger had onions . Had to come back to get replacement. Come inside... and store is a disaster and employees are chatting and no wonder they make mistakes. Read more
