I wish no stars was an option. I just spent $103 and some change. Waited 2 hours for cold pizza. On top of that it was even the... correct order, missing items that I ordered. It was the completely wrong order. They kept hanging up on me every time I calledto talk to someone in the store. Not very professional in my opinion. I won?t be ordering from here again. Read more

The WORST!!! After waiting over an hour for Pizza Hut to deliver a pizza I went ahead and placed another order with Domino's (I... have people doing work at my house, they are hungry) and Domino's was finished with our Pizza before Pizza Hut even got to myhouse - I had to ask Pizza Hut for a refund since 1. I had already ordered and had someone on the way to pick up our pizza fromDomino's and 2. The pizza from Pizza Hut HAD to be cold by now as they texted me at 12:50 saying the pizza would arrive at 12:55and by this time, it was 1:45 pm. I called Pizza Hut to ask where the pizza was and they said the driver had taken multiplepizza's and was probably dropping the other pizza's off first (I'm trying to be patient as I realize everyone is short-staffed).After another 1/2 hour of still not getting our pizzas, I tried calling them back again to which they picked up phone and hungup - not once, but twice! Needless to say, our Domino's pizza never tasted better, they understood the assignment, I should havegone with them to begin with. Lesson learned. I'll choose Domino's Every. Single. Time. Meh. I haven?t ordered from Pizza Hut lately, so maybe their recipes have changed, but their pizza is definitely NOT like I... remembered. It was ok, and somewhat edible, but the crust was thin, dry, and had zero flavor or crunchiness?and I did not orderthin crust on any of my 4 pizzas. I also bit into a piece of hard black plastic baked into the dough, and that really ruinedeating any more pizza for me. If I was blindfolded, I could not tell you what place I was eating from. This is the worst Pizza Hut location ever. They never answer the phone and I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours no one ever... delivered it and no one would answer the phone for me to cancel it. Just kept hanging up. Whenever I?ve ordered in the past thepizza has been terribly made, too much sauce light cheese and burnt toppings. Save yourself a headache and go somewhereelse. Update: someone finally answered after 3 hours turns out they canceled all the orders because the store opener didn?tshow up but they didn?t call to tell anyone or offer anything for my troubles. I wish zero stars was an option. I have NEVER had a problem with this location. I order 2-4 times a month from here. Last night... I ordered delivery. It was delivered 45 minutes later than estimated (not that bad, I understand). The pizza was undercooked. Itwas NOT done. 50% of the middle was still chewy raw dough. I put it in the oven to finish it, which actually ruined it. I triedto call the store, and after listening to a 15 second ad about Pizza Hut (What? I called you, why are you advertising to me?), Ichose my option to talk to the store, and was hung up on after 20 seconds. I tried 4 more times. Twice I chose to make an order,and was connected to a call center, not the store. I told them what was happening and they tried to transfer me to the store.The store still hung up on me, before anyone picked up the phone. 5 times I tried. I ended up calling corporate, they took someinformation and said someone will call me in 1-3 days. The rep couldn't do anything, (like a refund) other than send the info"to higher management". I don't expect any substantial change, which is sad. Any pizza place should be higher rated than normalfast food! (mcdonalds, wendys, burger king, etc!) Ordered boneless buffalo wings and they were dry. It was more like plain chicken nugs. My order was 15 min late. When I got my... order at the front, the chicken was hot but my pizza was cold so the cheese had already hardened and set. The pizza crust washard and flavorless. I usually eat Domino?s crust cuz it?s bready and buttery but not pizza huts. The Detroit style pizza hasgood tomato sauce but that?s it. Nothing tasted fresh. I usually order from dominos but they?re online ordering was out ofservice and I didn?t feel like calling so I ordered online at Pizza Hut. Never ordering from here again. Read more

Excellent food, but the outsourcing for putting the order in on the phone I couldn't quite understand the final total, even... after asking her to clarify; still ended up not bringing enough loose cash by about 20 dollars.. and the way that gas pricesare.. the travel cost me half the total in gas it felt like (exaggeration) But your prices seem to a bit high, just rightaround the uncomfortable/ I'll just go to (Rival pizza name) place even though it's a bit further stage..
