Please train better your kitchen staff, servers and managers! 1:30h waiting for food when you have an empty restaurant, and no... words from the front of the house staff??? We had to ask how long more it?d take: finishing up the plates. Another 20 min hadpass and nothing. Asked to speak w manager.. zero customer service approach. We had to go and left without lunch!!! And mind youthat they charged us full prices on the apps that we order as a combo.. not the full size order.. but full price!! A completejoke! No even an ?I am sorry? from the server nor from the manager! I?ve been in the service business for the past 15 yrs and Ihave never seen such a disappointing customer service! I ordered a fajita roll up, onion rings, a bread stick and the triple Meltdown cake. The fajita rollup was nothing more than a... tortilla with Pico de Gallo. I don't know where the meat was, but it wasn't in my roll up. I paid to substitute onion ringsfor French fries and received five unappetizing onion rings. How do you mess up onion rings? The only thing that saved thisorder was the triple Meltdown, which was moist and delicious. Unfortunately, the dessert isn't enough to make me want to returnto this establishment. Read more

Kaila V was literally the BEST SERVER I think I've ever had!! Including a 5 star restaurant!!! Everyone did a wonderful job. At... one time we thought they forgot the salad dressing just for it to barely leave our lips and just appear!!! Friendly, quickservice and good food at decent prices!!
