My original review was (great employees because i always dealt with the same guy at the drive through window but today i got to... meet VERONICA smh where did they find her? I pull up to the window after ordering 2 meals and she opens the window and doesnteven look at me as shes talking to her friend in spanish with my hand out the window trying to give her money she finaly takesthe money gives me the change i go to ask her something about the onion rings i ordered and all i can get out is excuse me aboutthe onion rings and she turns around to continue talking to her friend in spanish so i thought she didnt hear me so im ready torepeat everything but she turns around when she finished laughing with her friend to say i know u want zesty sauce... noooothats not what i was going to ask so i tell her no i wanted to ask if u can make sure that they are fresh and i swear she rolledher eyes at me and said sure and walked away... she gets my food hands it to me i ask her for ketchup and she gives me 2 packetsFOR 2 MEALS and shuts the window to run back to her friend so about 2 to 3 minutes later i see her looking at me she comes backi ask her for more ketchup and she nvr gave me the sauce for the onion rings and puts the sauce in my bag and nvr gave me theketchup... employees like this dont belong in the front because they give a whole establishment a bad name ! The burgers we ordered tasted absolutely disgusting! This was the third time in a row (3 strikes and you're out). We wouldn't... eat at this location again, even if you paid for it. Read more
I've honestly never seen a staff so intent on keeping their backs to the customer. They will literally turn around, see you... waiting for service, look you dead in the eye, and then turn their backs to you, all while doing absolutely nothing. There's areason this place is so slow. It's burger king. Acceptable quality fast food. Service though is poor at best. It seems like they are understaffed and running... in 5 different directions at once and yet service is still slow. Read more
Always horrible customer service here. Recently ordered on the app for pick up. Waited 10 minutes in the pick up area before... someone finally acknowledged me. And when I asked for 1 extra of each sauce I already had they tried to charge me for them. Evenafter I explained I had been ignored for so long and that this would be a fine way to make it right for me. Staff needs a newcustomer service class or something. Read more
Fantastic food & its much quicker going in than waiting in the drive-through line. I have to say they are extremely busy but... after we ate I understood why?.everything was cooked fresh, prompt & correctly. It was pretty darn good for fast food. Andeveryone knows that Burger King has the best milkshakes no matter what your favorite fast food place they?ve always had thethickest & best milkshakes around (aside from Chic-fil-A which is still rather new to northerners) ????
