I don't quite understand why everyone looks so angry here all the time, it's like if it was illegal to smile or care for the... customer at all, if you are ordering for pick up make sure you open your container and certify that you got what you ordered iwould say a third of the times they mess my order up (delivery/pickup), beware of the tomato salad last two times i ordered itlooked very bad, get it on the side just in case? Don't order the side of chips here, it's a total rip-off. The side order of chips is supposed to be 4oz (the large is supposed... to be 8oz). The chips I got, after asking them to fix it 3 times, was 3.5 oz INCLUDING THE BAG! There were about ten chips totalin the bag. Worst location. I ordered for delivery and it looks like they want to charge a full meal and give less than half. My burrito... bowl was missing sofritos altogether and a teaspoon of black beans with another teaspoon of corn mixed well with few pieces oflettuce on brown rice and absolutely no sauce was sent to me. How is it even possible if you are using the spoons that you useto make the order. And how do you expect anyone to pay and be ok with. It is not like making the order wrong. It is more likethey don't want to give you this meal but only take money for it and save it for the people who would walk in person becausethey will watch their order getting ready. I would give 0 star for the service if I could. The elder lady in the shop was giving the attitude to me after I said I don?t... want the Beans but she still put it on the bowl. I clearly told her ?NO BEANS? and she still place a scope of pinto beans on myorder. And I said I don?t want it, she is rolling her eyes and giving me an attitude. I mean - you are giving your customerattitude after your own mistake? Then you should not work there and you should stay home cuz no one need to take on your temper.The cashier came in and help after I told the previous female employee three times I don?t want that bowl and she still holdingit and staring at me - it?s like asking me to take it or just leave. The cashier is fine and nice. Strongly suggest Chipotlefire those employee that will harm their reputation because of bad temper and attitude.
