A young gentleman was the only one working. He apparently had made the wrong order for the customer in front of me. When she... asked if he could change it, he declined. She asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one around that would helpher. She then stated she would contact corporate to share her bad experience. The employee then started to curse the customerout multiple times. He was really rude and also not practicing appropriate social hygiene guidelines. He was making drinks andtouching food all while not wearing his mask. Awful customer service. It literally made me walk away and not order anything. Read more
