This place used to be so good. The new owners are bad at what they do . The food is not what is was . They charge $15 for rice... and beans and small spoonful of meat . I guess it's just me. I'm from Jersey city and moved to kearny 12 years ago and I stillwork in JC so I get all kinds of food but if I'm going to $15 make it worth it . ???????????????? Read more

Ordered a steak sandwich. All I will say is that they are extremely frugal with the servings. It might as well have been a mayo... potato stix sandwich. My husband ordered oxtail and he was told they are too expensive so they no longer sell them. His secondchoice was roast pork with black beans and rice. It was okay.
