Literally just walked out of there & I?m never coming here again. We walked in & ordered & while we were waiting I see a rat run... from what can only be the kitchen to where the garbage can is. I was completely shocked & instantly disgusted. I told my bf toget a refund asap. When he went to ask for a refund the girl asked if everything was okay & he told her we just saw a rat. I love the food here! Tasted very good!
H came in on Sunday May 15th to get California rolls and I was told that I had to grab it from a fridge where the rolls have... been sitting there for God know how long. Meanwhile the employees are all wearing a mask to avoid germs but they want you to payfor and eat food that has been sitting collecting bacteria because they don't want to make it fresh. This is ridiculous the girlhad an attitude they have no customer service and no manager on staff to speak with. I will never come here again. Read more
Great work guys. No employee training whatsoever. If you guys close at 8. Don?t give your customers attitude becuause l came... at 7:45. The food was good! I got the Chicken Teriyaki with Fried Rice Bento box. I just don't like the fact that they charge you 50... cents more for extra sauce. If you want more sauce they should just give it to you for free. Also, the waiting time for the foodwas pretty long. Read more
It was good, the workers are friendly and the wait for the food wasnt long at all. I would try a different dish next time,... hoping it will taste better than the mediocre meal i got today.
