I?ve been coming here since it opened. Service has been up and down (shoutout to the Broad St Starbucks for helping this... location out). The service is extremely slow, most of the employees are rude and you can tell it?s a poorly managed locationthat goes through a lot of turnover. Pros - it?s Starbucks and you?ll get a consistent beverage. It has decent parking and apretty cool vibe inside. Cons - slow, rude and inefficient employees (***most of them, there are a few nice ones). You?rebetter off going to Broad St, double parking, running in and ordering. I?ve been here a few times within the past 2 years. But honestly after today I am never going back. I?ll drive to another one.... The service is very slow which I?ve always been very patient with. However today I was treated horribly and it was embarrassingand frustrating. This store decided they were closing @4PM today, however I ordered on the mobile app so in my mind if it toldme to pick up @4:02 it would be ready. I get there the doors are closed and the staff refused to come to the door for 5 minuteswhen all I wanted to was to ask how to request a refund. Finally either a supervisor or manager came to the door andapologized and told me how I could request a refund. I had to call the corporation , and whats funny is they told me that thelocation was suppose to still be open that?s why the app processed my order. Not going back to this location anymore. Read more
