Good drinks but expect to wait +30 minutes on top of the estimated pick up time. This location is either severely under staffed,... under stocked, overworked, or under trained. You?re better off driving to the next Starbucks Read more

Love the welcoming energy at the register, Zairah was amazing. She really listened to my complicated order and provided above... and beyond service. After I ordered my drink I waited a little long. I?ve been coming here since it opened. Service has been up and down (shoutout to the Broad St Starbucks for helping this... location out). The service is extremely slow, most of the employees are rude and you can tell it?s a poorly managed locationthat goes through a lot of turnover. Pros - it?s Starbucks and you?ll get a consistent beverage. It has decent parking and apretty cool vibe inside. Cons - slow, rude and inefficient employees (***most of them, there are a few nice ones). You?rebetter off going to Broad St, double parking, running in and ordering. You?ll get better service, faster service and you?ll saveyourself a headache. Read more

I?ve been here a few times within the past 2 years. But honestly after today I am never going back. I?ll drive to another one.... The service is very slow which I?ve always been very patient with. However today I was treated horribly and it was embarrassingand frustrating. This store decided they were closing @4PM today, however I ordered on the mobile app so in my mind if it toldme to pick up @4:02 it would be ready. I get there the doors are closed and the staff refused to come to the door for 5 minuteswhen all I wanted to was to ask how to request a refund. Finally either a supervisor or manager came to the door andapologized and told me how I could request a refund. I had to call the corporation , and whats funny is they told me that thelocation was suppose to still be open that?s why the app processed my order. Not going back to this location anymore. So much delay in order delivery. They give preference to the mobile order than the in store customers. Also, after waiting for a... long time, they still got my order wrong twice.So frustrating and they never apologised. I understand during peak hour it couldbe crowded, but the least I expect is to get the order correct. Read more

On busy days they need more coverage. Super friendly and attentive but they need more help with the number of orders that come... through, and the drive through is not an option because that is worse most times. The wait is wayyy to long for a cup or 2 ofcoffee. Management, Help em out. Read more
