You cant be serious right? How is this guacamole?! And my chips are stale!!!!! Come on yall gotta do better i just ordered from... uber eats. I order carnitas tacos and this is all dry!!!!!! I asked for pineapples and didnt even get any. I love tacos losgueros but this by far the worse experience. Terrible terrible terrible and a waste of money. If you dont wanna do your jobthere are people out there who more than willing to take your place. Dont waste your time ordering here. Ill just go back toordering from newark. Read more
Tacos had no cilantro just onions and the guacamole was very dark you can tell the avocado was bad . This is disgusting
First, this Kearny store doesn't appear in the app for ordering online: strike one. I arrive to pick up order, no chips:... apparently $2 more on top of $6 for guacamole: strike two. I look and see no sauces. Ask salesperson if they are both (red andgreen) inside the food container, she replies yes. Get home, open container: nada and no utensils either. Strike three. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO BAD REVIEWS :( This location is AWFUL. The customer service sucks and this chain seems to have a lot of... negative reviews across various locations, too. I ordered from here on 7/14 and I am still waiting for a refund on my order. Myboyfriend and I ordered the cheese flautas and carnitas tacos. I made sure to specify over the phone that my flautas are cheeseonly and to please leave out the meat. I'm vegetarian so I made sure to specify how I needed my food. At the restaurant, I evenchecked my receipt to make sure. When I got home, we began eating and our food was just fine. To my horror, my boyfriend noticedthere was chicken in the flautas after I had already eaten a few. I honestly didn't taste it, but I was so upset. I immediatelycalled the restaurant and spoke to Rafaela, the woman who took our phone order. She let me know she would contact her managerand I would receive a full refund. At first, I was told I'd receive my money back in 3-5 days. I was later told I would receivethe money back after 1 week. I was even given the manager's phone number. I left their manager, Lupe, a voicemail, but I neverreceived a call back. I am still trying to get a refund, but I am so incredibly disappointed by this location and the TaqueriaLos Güeros chain in general. This place wasn't worth the trouble. Read more
If you want Mexican tacos go to Monroe st in Passaic, also Kearny Ave has 2 Mexican restaurants a little more traditional than... this franchise. The service is very good from the girl at the register but unfortunately Los Gueros style of tacos is not my cupof tea. It does fulfill your cravings as much as Taco Bell or Chipotle?s, nothing wrong with that, but it is not the taste weare use to on Mexican food. That?s an order $13 but definitely weighs about half a pound maybe. Taco Bell for $10 yesterday gaveme a chalupa and a Mexican pizza plus strawberry lemonade, just do the maths. Read more
Don?t ask for pork it has so much non cooked fat in it. You can see it in the photo below. The flutas taste like week old oil.... Steak & chicken was good chorizo was very greasy. chips good Guac was good. First & last time. Read more
Came there on opening day, they had a large line for free tacos. I stood in line and, IT WAS WORTH IT. They got a nice guacamole... sauce, and a red sauce thats great for the spice lovers. In a summary, cool stuff they got there, probably going to get moresoon. Read more
Ordered take out from them a few times and I?m really pleased. The flavors are good and their weekly specials are a great deal.... The churros are amazing, takes me back to my school days. And the employees are very friendly. Sauces are just ok and the picode gallo should be in little cups instead of at the bottom of the container. All in all, it?s a nice franchise. Read more
