I recently had a problem with the Cottage Inn app, no... resolution with the company phone customer service, but was taken care of no problem from the store staff. All the... employees here ask the right questions they seem like they care and they want to save you money with deals on pizza, and theyconfirmed everything are very proper and explained, I would have to say this is one of the best pizza places to go to when itcomes to customer service. The management here is fantastic. Helps them survive these post COVID years labor challenges. Ingredients are probably the best... around. The round pizza is the way to go, I'm not a fan of the deep dish. Too bready. I recommend the garlic butter crust oneverything. And look for coupons, they have some decent ones. Read more
Don't order from their website because you wont get your order and will not care enough to try to fix it. We placed an order for... delivery through their website which showed up on our credit card and we received a receipt for. We called the store to confirmand they could not find the order and were not interested in fixing the problem. They told us to call our credit card companyand report a fraudulent charge which we did.
