Would give zero stars if I could. never had a good experience here. Most recently was today when I tried to order lunch for my... kids teachers and when I arrived to pick up the order (which was supposedly being 'prepped' according to the online tracker),doors were locked and nobody answered the phone. The so called manager at the elizabeth lake store in waterford michigan was so rude and would not help my family. He pushed me... and my daughter out the door. He refused to provide a supervisor phone number. HE SAID I DID NOT PROVIDE A TIP And refused myorder! i said i pay cash to the driver. He has blonde shoulder length hair. He does not have the proper attitude retail andcustomer service need. I have been a loyal customer of this Dominos for 10 years. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM OR RECOMMENDDOMINOS. Pizza wasn't hot, bread wasn't hot, pasta wasn't hot and chicken wasn't hot. Then didn't even get my cinnamon twist that I... ordered. Called and they said they would give me free cinnamon twist with my next order, but its not free when I have alreadypaid for it and have to spend extra time and money for gas to get what I already paid for. After being disappointed by another Domino's location for basically standing me up on a large order to feed my coworkers,... thankfully the Waterford location saved the day by efficiently processing my online order during a lunch rush. The manager wasvery nice, but I felt bad for her that she was the only one there making the food. By the time I came to pick it up, she didhave another employee there to help her. She was also very apologetic that they've been out of pop for almost a month due toordering issues. Great service! Read more
Very disappointed. Ordered pasta bowl and the alfredo sauce was glopped on AFTER the bowl went through the oven, which resulted... in my food being an uneven temperature and couldn't even eat it until I got home that evening after mixing it up and throwing itin my oven. Manager there appears unprofessional and seems to not care about the type of quality of food going out of thatstore. Probably should train your management and their employees on how to provide better service and deliver a higher qualityof food to customers. Read more
Some of the worst pizza I've ever seen. Quality was consitantly terrible. Buyer beware.
Best Domino's no matter what town I live in, Commerce and now Pontiac, I will still drive to this one. Never a problem... purchasing online, curbside or pick up. Read more
