Horrible horrible customer service. I stood there for about 10 minutes and no one greeted me or took my order. I asked the woman... working if I could get ice cream and she said no. It was so awkward. So I stood at the register and said ok I?ll get an icedcoffee. The woman never responded and continued cleaning. I literally laughed out loud and walked out empty handed. It suckedthough because I don?t have a Baskin or Dunkin? close to where I live so I was excited to get either and I got none. Read more

I placed a mobile order at 7:46am, I walked in at 8:10am, 1st person in line, and I had to wait a good 5 mins before I was asked... what I would like, I said I had a mobile order. they had no idea there was even a mobile order. asked what I had ordered. neverlooked up the order. I had 2 dozen donuts and a sandwich. she asked what donuts I wanted. I said it is in phone in my car. theysaid ok, would you just like a mix. I said yes just no nuts. they asked which sanwich? I told them and they said we are out ofeggs. i said ok I will just take a refund. we dont know how to refund a mobile order. never asked if I wanted something else. Isaid so I am just out the money I spent on the sandwich. they said would you like a donut. I said is a donut really an evenreplacement for a sandwhich, which we all know was at least $5. I was frusterated, by no means yelling, but definately soundingfrusterated and upset. Then all of a sudden a customer in line started yelling at me that if I was nicer we could get thru thisand get the line moving. he had no idea what I had already been through as he just walked in, and he continued to verbally abuseand harrase me. NO ONE at dunkin donuts stoped him. I am not a mean person, but inorder to defend myslef and stick up formyself, I ended up getting defensive and talking to him the way he was talking to me. I kept telling him to mind his ownbusiness. I left in tears. in the meantime, they said they would throw something together to replace the sandwich. when I got inthe car, They had put cheese and sausage on a english muffin, I dont even eat sausage. I called a little while later to talk toa supervisor, i was told there was none. after asking if there was no supervisor or manager in, she said i am the shift lead. Pulled up and waited at the speaker for 7 minutes while the line in front of us disappeared. Said ?hello ?? three times with no... answer. Beeped my horn once and was immediately told ?don?t beep your horn, it?s really loud, we can hear you?. I said ?okay,sorry, no one answered me? and was ignored again until I said ?can I order ?? and she replied ?sure go ahead?. Frozen coffee waswatery even though it was fresh ? Never experienced that at a Dunkin. All in all a terrible experience due solely to theiremployee?s complete lack of common decency as people.
