Long wait to be seated. Very slow table service. Think our server forgot about us as we barely saw her. When food came out, it... appeared as if it was sitting there to be picked up. Chicken breast was dry and tough. Server comped the meal, but would havethought the Manager would have stopped by to see what the issue was. Nope. Read more

AWFUL service. Told there would be a 25 minute wait and waited 45 minutes before leaving. A woman came in 10 minutes after us... with children, complained to the host and was seated before us. Next group to be seated wasn't at the restaurant so anothergroup that had waited 5 minutes said "they could pretend to be that group" and was seated instead. Typically we are very patientbut it was extremely crowded and I'm 5 months pregnant and needed to eat. Seems like the host forgot us and never remembered toask our name when we waited. Had bad experiences in the past but decided to stop in the other day for lunch and give it another try! Was very impressed with... quality of food! Whisky bacon burger was HUGE and delicious. The fried onions on it were a real nice touch ???? Good service aswell. Will be back! Read more

Had a good time 3 of my buddies and I had lunch. The service was very good.. The food was good....to a point. I waited pretty... long to post this. First there was a light hair on top of my water. The waiter was very apologetic and brought me back adifferent drink. But just at the very end of the meal, we found a small hair at the bottom of the fries. They comped us thatspecific entree and give him a free dessert. But yea I'll go back. I didn't want to be negative but the truth is the truth onthat one. Something needs a little work. Read more
I have recently become addicted to Applebee's steak. It's always cooked perfectly and delicious. Tonight I tried the new... sizzling steak dish with the loaded potatoes and broccoli and I am in love with it. I order off Door Dash and all my foodarrives hot and perfect every time. I also love the pub pretzels and LOVE that you can order them without the salt. I've triedalmost everything on their menu and I can't think of a single negative thing to say. Everything is always cooked perfectly,seasoned perfectly and delicious. I've also been to the restaurant more than a few times and the staff has always been superfriendly and apologize when they're busy and have longer wait times. I highly recommend any steak dish, the Whiskey BaconBurger, Potatoes, Pub Pretzels, Chicken Wonton Tacos, Any of the pasta dishes and all of the desserts. I'm excited to try to thenew spicy chicken sandwich next. :) Read more
