If I could give less than 1 star I would...pull in on a Sunday morning and I'm greeted with lobby closed. Ok pretty common in... today's economy. Pull into the drive thru line that has no cars in line and greeted with "just a minute". 6 minutes later I ask"Hello?" Again a curt "just a minute". How hard is it to understand that if you work at a fast food restaurant, the goal is toprovide fast service...or even prompt service. And bad service is more acceptable when it is friendly service. The shortbrunette could not have been more rude if she tried. Sunday morning at 840am . At this rate I would be shocked to see BurgerKing still in business in 5 years... Read more

Very clean store allover. Helpful associates, service was quick, and the food came quick also. Had a whopper that was not as... messy as I had in some other stores. Had a good meal the last time we were in here. Will be back. Read more
Editing my review - They finally added online ordering. This BK has friendly staff and is usually pretty clean. The wait times... are not bad and the food is good. You will likely get a burger faster here than going through the hassle traffic of WinchesterStreet. It took them over a YEAR of a pandemic to add touch free online ordering in their own app... (while somehow acceptingdoordash orders) but now that I can order in advance and get the benefits of app points and loyalty programs while hopefullyreducing drive through fulfillment time - I'm happy to not hold it against them and edit my 1 star to a 4. I wish everyonewould use online ordering... It makes everything faster. Read more
Love how everything is cooked on a open flame grill. Out of all fast food chains hands down my favorite. The prices are... reasonable and they actually have a dollar menu and their shake machine doesn't break every other day. Read more
While the service could have been a tad bit faster, I won't fault the staff for their focus on quality and customer... satisfaction. From the cashier who took the extra moment to get crowns for my children to my food which looked like it wasprepared for a commercial, the staff obviously work hard so that customers remember this BK as something more than just anotherfast food hamburger. As vegetarians, our family eats a lot of Burger King when we travel, and this is one of the better ones. Read more
35 minutes stuck in a line that wouldn?t move. I ordered a Sour Dough Bacon King, apparently they add tons of pepper to it now... and compensate you with another Sour Dough patty, cheese and mayonnaise sandwich. What a joke this place is they should launchthe swamp donkey making this food. Read more
