I?ve NEVER seen a restaurant this gross. My pick up order wasn?t ready yet when I got there I would?ve sat down but every single... table and chair seemed to have food on it. The floor was just as bad. I grabbed my bag after it was completed and got outside toonly realaize The Mexican coke that I ordered through the app wasnt in the bag. I was told they were out and they gave me afountain soda cup instead. They fountain had two sodas out and the area was just bad as the floor and chairs. Won?t be visitingthis area store again.the state of the lobby makes me wonder how much they care about the safety and quality of the food in theback. This has got to be the most disappointing Chipotle I?ve ever been to. They run out of ingredients well before closing and don?t... replenish. Ive had several cold and flavorless bowls and burritos. Honestly i keep going back hoping it was just a fluke becausenormally Chipotle restaurants are delicious. This one in particular is entirely awful. Skip it. Too bad there are none other ina decent driving distance cause i?d easily travel PAST this one to another storefront if it could deliver on the quality i knowfrom other locations. Read more
As a person who worked here for less than even 6 months, I have to say that this is the best establishment that I have worked... at. Everyone was extremely friendly, and welcoming when I first started. Additionally, when I had to leave for other reasons,the manager, (shoutout to val, the GM) was very supportive and understanding of my situation. For anyone that would want to workin a positive, inclusive work environment, I suggest you give Chipotle a try. Read more

What a disaster this location is. I frequent around five different locations in my travels and the Keene store is by far the... worst experience every time. To start with, the store is always filthy and I'm not talking at the lunch time rush which can beoverlooked, I'm talking anytime I have entered this store regardless of the time of day the seating area is COVERED in food.Every table, chair and floor is a mess with food. Management?? 50% of the time they are out of major items. Bags of chips arewell below company volume (if they have them) and the food is staying out too long. Then you go over to the station to getnapkins and silverware...nope...all empty. Most recently they refused to accept cash which is a violation of NH House Bill1589.The staff says they cannot take cash because they are a low volume store. Huh?? It seems from reading the other reviews I am notalone. Pick up you game Keene Chipotle or close your doors. Read more
This place is by far the worst chipotle I?ve been too. The food was awful and items missing from our pick up order. I contacted... customer service with a ?credit? to use in 30 days when I live 45 min away from any chipotle (and stated this to them as well).I went here two months ago and I couldn?t even eat it. I really thought I?d give them another chance as the one in NJ was sofresh and delicious. Today, the rice was hard and the carnitas had so much fat. I took a bite and it was full fat with hardrice. Most disgusting And dirty chipotle ive ever been too we came at 11:45 am only 1 hr after opening. The floors were dirty like... they havent been swept/ mopped in ages. The soda and fresh lemonades were out of service. The counter were you pay was dirty.Tables hadnt been cleaned since weve been here. Gross where is mgmt? Read more
