The manager is just down right rude and she made it seem like it was my fault my sandwich was wrong. They had to remake my... sandwich and when it was wrong the second time I just went back and got a refund. Don’t waste your time with the rude looksyou’ll get when they get your order wrong just stay away from here read the other reviews too I made the mistake of not. Read more
I recently started order from D'Angelo s after Subway has let me down a few times. I am now trying everything on the menu... slowly. The Meatball sub was DELICIOUS with large meatballs and perfectly toasted bread and gooey cheese. The steak sandwich wassomehow even better. Similar to OTHER shops, you can customize the sandwiches which I LOVE. They're sandwiches are slightly moreexpensive but TOTALLY worth it! I've also tried the chicken and rice bowl, teriyaki and that was AMAZING! I couldn't stop eatingit. I also tried the Korean BBQ Chicken bowl and I couldn't tell you which one I loved more! My sandwiches are always hot,delicious and PERFECT. I am still impressed with the meatballs, they're like my mom's homemade meatballs!!! Everything tastesfresh and I highly recommend D'Angelos, 100% worth the money. Only thing I wasn't a fan of, could just be me, was the chips. Igot he BBQ ones and they just didn't have much flavor to them, although they were crispy, not stale. Just not much flavor. Read more
D'Angelo Keene had been one of my go-to's for a meatball or steak sub and some clam chowder with excellent service for almost 20... years, but this is, unfortunately, no longer true. My last 4 experiences, beginning with tonight follow... Tonight I waited onhold for several minutes, only to have someone very obviously pick up and then hang up on my call. Nice! On July 8, I placed anorder which was apparently cancelled, however no one ever notified me of the cancellation. I just patiently waited for my orderuntil after closing time, and then had to make other arrangements once many other restaurants were closed. Lovely! My last"successful" order was supposed to be a large meatball sub with extra marinara. The sub arrived unusually dry though notablyuntoasted, with a medium order of meatballs on a large roll, though I was charged full price. Exceptional! The last time beforethat that I received my order, once again a large meatball sub with extra marinara. I received 6 dry meatballs, with no cheese,in one of the rice bowl containers. No bread to be seen. I can honestly say I've never received such service elsewhere! I'mnot trying to be petty, but these orders end up being over $30 each, WHEN they are received, and this has become increasinglydisappointing. Perhaps this location should close until they can actually provide service including the orders people have paidfor. Read more
ordered online, both my husband and I ordered chicken salad on a large sub roll with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and... cheese, I also ordered banana peppers on mine. when we got home the sandwich with banana peppers was a turkey and the chickensalad only had tomato on half of it. don't think we'll be going back to the keene location any time soon. Literally paid 50 freaking dollars for 2 large sandwiches and asked for 2 sodas, never got the sodas and NO ONE WILL ASSIST ME... OR ANSWER THE PHONE FOR 30 MINUTES. And when someone finally did answer no one was even able to send me my drinks NOR WAS IABLE TO GET A REFUND. I'm absolutely livid. I genuinely never ask for a full refund but the fact no one could even bring me thedrinks I PAID FOR. I have to take it up with the manager that comes in tomorrow. Ridiculous. 50 $ for 2 SANDWICHES and I can'teven get my money back. Read more
