They do have good food taco bell side. KFC side sucks. Chicken is old and too salty. From what I gathered they struggle to keep... stock, all but the nasty chicken. Not sure what's going on but KFC needs to get it together! Not a fan anymore. Read more
Tried the taco bell side, very standard taco bell meal. Food was hot she delicious as usual. Only concern was they did not... unlock the doors until about 7 minutes after 10am (they're designated opening time). Otherwise, very standard taco bell and kfccombo fast food restaurant. This is the second time I've come and got tenders this week cuz i thought id give it another try they were dry and cold hard as... rocks, dry cold hard fries, seltzer water for a drink, they completely got the order wrong and missed the dipping sauces anduntensils. They couldn't give me the correct change back because they "didn't have change" and I had to get a giant cup becausethere were "no other cups". I sat in rhe drive thru for 25 minutes to get garbage food that I was overcharged for that wasdumped in the bag. $26 for a tender meal and a mac and cheese. Never again. Ever Read more

We walked in and there was no one in line. There was one woman waiting for an order she had already placed. Twenty minutes... later we were still waiting for two 2 piece chicken dinners. Others had come in and ordered and were getting their ordersfilled but not us. My wife asked about our order and the staff just looked at each other. We asked for our money back and theysaid it hadn't been that long. The receipt showed the order was placed at 6:08 and it was now 6:28. We told them to give usour money back. They are clue less and poorly managed. I should have known the placed sucked when I ordered because the onlyother woman in there was complaining that her order was wrong. Worst KFC of all time. Employees just don't care. Left standing at the counter for 15 mins without my order taken, all the... while I can here them saying they see me to each other.... "We will be with you in a sec"... Meanwhile the drive thru is notignored. Employees seem to be taking their breaks the during dinner rush. Whomever is managing tonight 7/18/2022 should befired. As I sit here waiting for my food they are doing the same thing to other customers. 37 minutes for takeout is vrazy. Got home parts of order missing. Keene has many fine restaurants, this is definitely the worst. Perhaps pay/hire a responsibleadult to manage your restaurant?? Read more
We waited 30 minutes behind 4 cars in the drive thru. We ordered 4 burritos. 2 were not the right kind. Mushy burritos. No... napkins. We asked what had happened and we were told they are training 5 new people but the last time we tried there was also ahorrendous wait. Read more
This is the worst kfc I've ever been to. Wife ordered the breast meal, with massed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Chicken... breast was no bigger than a small thigh, very dry and tasted a day old. Biscuit very dry and hard. Mashed potatoes disgustingand gravy also tasted old. This was at 11 am. Things shouldn't have been that old or bad. Read more
