It saddens me to write how absolutely horrible this place is now. We always enjoyed our time at Margaritas...going back 20 years... now. However the food is terrible now and the service stinks!!! The staff sit around talking with one another or browsing theirphones. Recently we called before venturing out for the 35 minute ride because we enjoy the Mexican stuffed peppers only servedon Friday and Saturday. We were assured that they were being prepared and would be available. On arrival we were told they werenot being served that night. We asked to speak with a manager and he came over explaining how the cook was uncertain how to makethe peppers so the first batch was messed up. He said if we wanted to wait 30 minutes they were cooking a new batch and itwould be on the house. We decided to wait....and during the 1 hr and 15 minutes of waiting we were never offended drink refillsor more chips. Eventually the food came out. It was terrible and made incorrectly. The manager never came back to even check onus. So unprofessional. How does a Mexican restaurant not have a cook that can chef food from the menu? Sadly, our past severalvisits have been atrocious. I was even told my rewards card is no longer valid and they wouldn't honor it since it wasn'telectronic. I tried to convert it there with no luck and they still denied me! Staff is awful- rude, slow, ill-equipped to do their job, snotty. Food is the worst. I've eaten at Taco Bell and had better... food. I wouldn't know about their drinks because I never got mine. The decor is nice, but it doesn't make up for the otherdeficits. Read more
I like this restaurant & have never been completely disappointed but on my past three visits the have had no flights available... not because the can't make you any margarita on the menu but because no one prepared the fixings to serve them. The past twotimes I waited 20 after being seated & then walked out due to not being attended too, not one waiter/waitress came to the table.Today was unfortunately the last time Ill try to dine there no flights and the grill was not operational, the staff was notprepared when it came to being able to provide you with what was available and that I blame on poor management for not havingthier business in order leaving their staff out to dry. Delicious food, spacious eating area. Great!
Three stars because in our previous visita it?s been a solid four stars, but today it was disappointing to say the least. We... sat for an hour waiting for our food. We were the first one?s to come in at 3:00pm on the dot. We took our food home to find outthe rice was burnt. You can see the picture for detail. Great drinks, the cocktails were creative. Personally, I prefer more authentic Mexican dishes. By any and all means I don't... hate it. Food was good definitely on texmex side of things. Serving sizes were good and tasty. My only gripe was my sides cameout a little cold. I'll definitely be back. Read more
This is a GREAT place! We had dinner last night for four of us, Table 801 Check #40. Matt was our server. (although I see on... the receipt the name is William). First, Matt went above and beyond what a server can do. Very friendly, very accommodating. Thank you Matt, great job! We had three alcoholic drinks; four dinners, one appetizer. (try the Skinny Margarita). Totalwithout tip $96.00. No one had a single complaint; I had the Juans Burrito Chicken and it was loaded with tender chicken andwonderful flavor; just a hint of Cilantro. Very poor service! Did not wipe the table. Super slow. No water refillings. Had to ask for more chips and salsa because it took... three hours to get two drinks and a meal, with no appetizers or desserts. Tried three times to get our bill correct, but stillovercharged us in the end. We would not recommend this place. Hope this helps you from making the same mistake. Read more
