im in love with their cinnamon crunch bagels. they have some very creative sandwich and salad options but in my opinion quality... of food has go down hill over past few years. now with the ability to order on tablets in the store employees dont provide anyservice other than preparing food and buzzing you to come get it. restaurant tables and benches as often dirty and you end upcleaning your own table off Read more
The food was mediocre on the border of not good. The service was ok, but I always feel like being there is an inconvenience to... the staff. It's got a pretty decent atmosphere, but I looked around and most of the people didn't have food, just hanging outfor a workspace. What I got was way overpriced and it's hard to walk out of there without feeling like you didn't just getripped off. It used to be good, I think this company is on its way out. My turkey was very dry. Bread was stale and even though the sandwich had mustard and mayo it was very bad. I did not have a... drink and I could not swallow the sandwich. Just left it after two bites. Better luck next time!!!!! Read more
Horrible. Unlike any Panera we've visited or any food establishmentfor that matter. Kids grilled cheese wasn't even toasted and... the cheese was only partially melted; why did it take so long? Soup was insanely salty. Clearly don't care/ poorly trained/inadequate management. Read more
I have thrown up 6 times so far today because of their food. I am not sure what it was but I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl... and it?s usually amazing. This time it had almost nothing in it and has been making me super sick. Do not eat here, they arerude and also apparently give you food poisoning. Read more
The last three or four times we have dined here, they didn't have the greens for my wife's sandwich, the last two times no... peppers for mine- (We like to get the same favorites), but still got charged full price, of course. On top of that the servertold my wife "Technically, you have to use the small cups at the dispenser if you want water" when she asked for a regular cupat the register... customer service, NOT. At these prices, they should be bending over backwards to get people in the door.Several people walked out rather than order while we were there, because they didn't have any salads. I understand there aresupply chain issues these days, but really? Come on purchasing!
