I'm not sure I've ever had a worse Taco Bell experience. From the time we pulled into the drive through line until we left the... window with our food was approximately 35 minutes. We ordered 4 soft tacos, 1 spicy potato soft taco, and an order of cheesyfiesta potatoes. The woman working the window was rude and so very clearly unhappy to be there. The fiesta potatoes were lukewarm AT BEST. The potato Taco seemed to have come straight from the fridge, not even the slightest bit of warmth. The softtacos, between the 4 of them, maybe had 1 tacos worth of filling. No utensil was given for the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Nonapkins in the bag. After waiting for Covid to die down finally went back and ordered a 16 pc meal for the family. They had over ten different items... out of stock and what a surprise, all out of extra crispy. The serving sizes have gotten a lot smaller but the price has goneup. I noticed they aren?t using the same chicken and spices as before and the chicken itself was very dry. I don?t go out to eatvery often but when I do I expect to get my money?s worth and that did not happen today. Very disappointed and will not bereturning. Read more

First of all drive through was slow for no reason only 3 cars including mine and waited 30 minutes and I got the jack Harlow... meal which includes a chicken sandwich, Mac n cheese and fries and first they gave me no napkins or a fork for my Mac and cheeseand the sandwich was just tenders and four little buns and they didn?t put in the fries. What can you say? Never great never bad. You always get what you expect except this time when I ordered cookies they were not... fresh baked they were shipped in in sealed bags like you would find next to a convenient store register. Read more
